Sofath brand bought by De Dietrich Remeha

De Dietrich Remeha Group has bought DFM Group including heat pump specialist Sofath.

Sofath is a leader in the French geothermal heat pump market and DFM Group has a turnover of 32 million Euros with a workforce of 110.

De Dietrich Remeha says the deal with strengthen its expertise in heat pumps – particularly geothermal - and enrich its product offer on the European markets.

Pierre Sabatier, currently chief executive of DFM Group, will remain head of the group, which will continue to have full autonomy within De Dietrich Remeha.

It will also continue with its current development strategy at its headquarters in  Portes-les-Valence. DRM group has a network of 40 dealerships in France plus distribution partners across Europe.
