Powrmatic is pleased to announce the appointment of Melanie Sadler to the position of engineering manager, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the engineering department as well as new product development.
Ms Sadler has over 20 years’ experience in engineering research and development, including senior management positions that have encompassed new product development, quality control, financial and contract management.
“I am delighted to be taking on this exciting role at a time of considerable change in the heating and ventilation sectors. One of my key priorities will be to manage a programme of product development that will add value for customers and facilitate compliance with forthcoming regulations,” Ms Sadler said.
Managing director Phil Brompton added: “Ms Sadler is a very welcome addition to our team and I have no doubt she will make a positive contribution to our plans for expansion. She will be working alongside chief engineer Tony Fells until his retirement next year, ensuring a smooth transition.”
