ABS chalks up key contract wins

M&E contractor ABS London has completed a mechanical installation for one of the UK’s leading legal firms Charles Russell, in partnership with main contractor Overbury.

The contract, worth around £2.5 million, is one in a string of recent large contracts that ABS has completed in the City, including a shell and core to CAT A installation for Herbert Smith and a CAT B fit-out for Speechly Bircham.

It is also started work on a project for professional services company KMPG (pictured), worth in the region of £2.75m, which is due to complete in October.

ABS London managing director Tony Smith said: “We are delighted to announce the company’s growth and development within the legal industry. It makes up a significant proportion of our turnover and is fast becoming a niche arena for the business to focus on.”

The company has also secured a number of long-term maintenance contracts for legal firms.
