Wolseley UK has achieved ISO9001:2008 certification, an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems.
Its nationwide branch network comprising Integrated Services, Drain Center, Pipe Center, Climate Center, Plumb Center and Parts Center, as well as its distribution centres, are now certified under the standard, which is independently assessed by an accredited third party.
ISO9001 certification demonstrates that Wolseley UK has implemented an effective Quality Management System across its business which satisfies all of the requirements of the applicable standards for the products and services it provides to customers.
However large or small the purchase, customers can be confident that Wolseley UK has the necessary policy, systems, processes and procedures to manage resources and training, the placement of quality assured product on the market and the preservation and handling of product.
It also demonstrates that Wolseley UK has the correct measures in place to monitor customer satisfaction and react accordingly, building on Wolseley UK’s commitment to customer service excellence.
