WiBSE launch Introduction to Leadership Coaching

Women in Building Services Engineering (WiBSE) will hold an introduction to leadership coaching on Wednesday 23 October.

The session aims to uncover what coaching is and what it isn’t and how it supports professionals in development of their leadership potential.

WiBSE is calling all aspiring or existing leaders to obtain the tools needed to gain effective leadership skills.

The session will be hosted by Professional Coach and Trainer Joanna Bielecka. Her background is in Structural Engineering, she worked for large engineering consultancies like Arup and Ramboll. Ms Bielecka works with professionals on significantly raising level of their performance at work, specifically with leaders and managers, and with private clients on helping them overcome obstacles on their way towards more balanced and fulfilling life. She is a Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Art.

The course will take place in London from 18:00 to 20:00.
