Viessmann purchases electronic control supplier

The Viessmann Group has acquired electronic control specialist PSV (Project Service and Value).

The company develops electronic controls for the heating and ventilation market and was previously a part of Italian electronic engineering group, Gruppo Giordano.

The PSV purchase follows high profile acquisitions of Schüco Photovoltaics and refrigeration company Norpe.

The company has worked alongside Viessmann for many years already and has recently been supplying it with control units.

With this acquisition, Viessmann gains an in-house provider of electronic equipment for its complete range of Vitodens wall-mounted gas boilers.
