Carillion has unveiled two new UK contracts worth more than £200 million.
The group has agreed a deal with Nationwide Building Society to provide facilities management services for its UK property portfolio.
The three-year deal will see Carillion providing total facilities management for the society’s 800 high street branches.
The group is already responsible for facilities management services for the society’s administration estate.
Virgin Media has also awarded Carillion a new facilities management contract, extending Carillion’s partnership with the telecommunications provider to at least 2013.
The deal means Carillion will continue to deliver hard and soft facilities management services for Virgin Media’s UK national estate, which includes their headquarters campus in Hampshire.?
Carillion chief executive John McDonough said: “We are delighted to have secured these new contracts with the Nationwide Building Society and Virgin Media.
“This reflects the strong relationship we have built with these customers, for whom we already provide extensive facilities management services. We look forward to strengthening these long-term partnerships under the new contracts.”
