Swale Heating launches consumer focused website

Swale Heating has launched a new website designed for consumers looking for information on domestic heating systems.

swaleheating.com includes an online estimator which at the click of a couple of buttons provides a price for installing and fitting a boiler or a complete heating system.

Swale says that that visitors will find information about the installation and servicing of combination and conventional boilers, renewables (solar panels, ground source heat pumps and air source heat pumps) and even LPG and oil-fired boiler servicing.

The new website also has ‘live chat’ functionality, which enables customers to speak to an assistant directly via a live messaging system. There is also a three-minute promotional video which gives a whistle-stop guide to Swale Heating’s services and operations at its Sittingbourne HQ.

Matthew Edwards, Swale Heating’s sales director, said the firm services more than 100,000 properties across Kent, London, Surrey, Sussex, Essex and East Anglia.

In addition to its domestic business, the firm has contracts to supply boiler and heating systems installations and servicing to housing associations and local councils across the South East.
