Coolcare24 is an all-inclusive service package supported & delivered through shentongroup’s Celtaire air-conditioning brand.

Co-ordinated from shentongroup’s headquarters in Andover, Coolcare24 annual contract includes scheduled on-site servicing and maintenance of split air conditioning systems - customers are able to specify the number of visits required.

An integral part of the contract is a 24/7/365 emergency call-out facility, anywhere in the UK, with a 4-hour guaranteed response time.
