The first ever Renewables Roadshow, supported by Plumb Center, produced an attendance of encouraging numbers of trade professionals, the organiser states.
This September witnessed the launch of an ambitious series of events which took renewables to six venues across the UK.
Visitors got to grips with green technologies and training via demonstrations and presentations from industry experts, as well as an exhibition of dozens of the brightest brands in the emerging renewables marketplace.
The Renewables Roadshow visited six regions in three weeks, including Wembley Stadium.
Event organiser Dan Caesar said: “We are delighted with the response that the Renewables Roadshow has received in it’s first year, demonstrating that this market is going from the margins to the mainstream. Given the incredible growth of this marketplace we are confident that the Renewables Roadshow will be bigger and better in 2012.”
The Renewables Roadshow will be back in the Autumn of 2012 and will be returning to Harrogate International, the Ricoh Arena, the Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre and Wembley Stadium. Two new venues, including Westpoint Arena Exeter and Event City Manchester, will be added to the itinerary for next year.
