As well as celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning has launched a new payment scheme to help businesses replace old or inefficient air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
ADvantage Payment Options allows customers to spread the cost of replacement systems for up to five years, allowing them to upgrade to the latest and most efficient technology including full maintenance cover, without impacting cash flow.
Recent changes to legislation has seen the need for business to reduce their carbon dioxide emissions and replace outlawed refrigerants such as R22.
From 1 January 2015, systems using R22 become unserviceable and legislation obliges all operators to review, replace or modify essential equipment by the end of 2014.
In addition, alongside rising energy costs, older systems are far more costly to run than modern energy efficient systems which can cut energy bills by up to half.
Adcock’s ADvantage payment scheme offers operators a flexible monthly payment which includes full manufacturer’s warranty of up to seven years as well as full maintenance cover for the entire duration of the term which can be anything from one to five years.
In addition ADvantage gives operators significant tax relief against costs for the duration of the payment term and does not affect any existing credit lines in place.
Deputy managing director Paul Brant said: “With so many changes to legislation and constant rises in energy bills, operators are being put under more and more pressure to cut costs and improve energy efficiency. We wanted to provide an option for those customers that do not have the capital budgets in place now to pay for new systems in full. Our ADvantage payment options give customers complete flexibility and allows them to modernise their systems now and start to see payback in the short term, with the added peace of mind of full protection.”
