Long service to the environment award

The Green Business Awards at the Grosvenor House, London saw Green Heat managing director Peter Thom receive the John Chesshire Award in recognition of his long-standing service to improvement in UK energy efficiency.

He was an early champion of condensing boilers, a regular lobbyist and advocate of renewable energy and is attributed as the creator of the boiler scrappage scheme, as well as serving on H&V News’ editorial advisory board.
