Industry supports HWA Charter Code of Practice

The Hot Water Association’s (HWA) Charter Code of Practice has been introduced to allow consumers to work with organisations recognised for maintaining the highest standards.

The independently-audited scheme means that members are backed by an unbiased third-party authority.

Worcester, Bosch Group director of marketing & technical support Martyn Bridges said: “With the products and services supplied by the heating and hot water industry playing such an important role in UK homes, it is absolutely vital that we have initiatives in place that promote the highest standards.

“By giving an independent endorsement, the HWA Charter not only assures consumers of the quality they can expect from an accredited business, but also gives engineers some exceptional standards to adhere to, which can only reflect well on our industry.”
