Imtech UK has acquired automation and business intelligence provider Capula.
Imtech UK and Ireland managing director Jim Steele said: “The acquisition of Capula further demonstrates to the market the continued commitment of Imtech to broaden both its technological capability and provide a more integrated service offering to its clients.”
Capula managing director Roger Turner added: “The acquisition by Imtech is excellent news for Capula as it brings the company into a high technology business and the financial strength and group opportunities will facilitate the ambitions of Capula in its future growth plans.”
Imtech UK is part of the Imtech NV Group, a European technical services provider in the electrical solutions, ICT (information and communication technology) and mechanical solutions fields. With 28,600 employees, Imtech achieves annual revenue of more than 5.1 billion euro, and serves 23,000 customers.
This acquisition takes Imtech’s UK and Ireland turnover in excess of £600 million.
