H&V News November digital issue is online now

This month’s issue takes an in-depth look at some of the key developments and conclusions from H&V News’ Future of HVAC Summit

The November edition of H&V News looks at the wide range of issues that were debated at the magazine’s Future of HVAC Summit that took place in London on 3 October.

These issues included the potential future role of hydrogen gas and heat pump appliances in helping to eliminate carbon emissions from homes in the next 30 years, as well as looking at the impacts of emerging technologies and ongoing revisions to the Building Regulations. Some of the conclusions were brutally honest with regard to the major changes and challenges that lie ahead.

Another key focus of the event was the theme of IAQ and concerns about a lack of understanding of the issue. Experts on the panel said that any meaningful change to how IAQ and ventilation standards are measured and managed may not likely be realised without high profile fatalities that would serve to highlight the severity of the issue to public health.
