Finn Geotherm workforce grows by 25%

Finn Geotherm has expanded its workforce by 25% to meet the growth in demand for the installation of ground- and air-source heat pumps.

Based in Attleborough, Norfolk, the firm has carried out nearly 500 heat pump installations at everything from bungalows to large stately homes and businesses.

With sales having grown by an average of 41% each year for the past six years and the business forecasting an expected £2m turnover this year, it has expanded its team to take on two engineers and two more sales managers – bringing the team total to 20.

Commercial director Guy Ransom said: “We started the business with just three team members in 2006 and we’re proud to continue to create interesting career opportunities within our rural community. In an expanding industry, where many new businesses are being established, it’s important for our customers to be able to trust their heating system to a company with demonstrable skills and experience.”
