Domestic & General has reached the 10m customer mark

The company attributes the growth to a clear customer focus, and continuous product development to reflect changing consumer trends. This includes innovations such as Repair & Protect, which enablecustomers to buy a plan at the point of need, which protects them for their immediate breakdown and any subsequent faults for an additional period.

Growth in international markets has also been significant. The company currently operates in eleven countries and international sales currently make up 22 per cent of total business, a figure which is expected to grow considerably in the coming years
