CORGI HomePlan is prepating for the winter switch-on with new resources to help its network of over 5,000 Gas Safe-registered engineers.
A collection of “how-to” videos – including how to bleed radiators and repressure boilers – shows consumers and CORGI HomePlan customers how to remedy a fault at home and tells them when it is time to call in the experts.
The videos are available for CORGI HomePlan engineers to share with their customers, providing an extra resource of help should customers want it.
CORGI HomePlan only work with local Gas Safe Registered businesses and tradesmen.
CORGI HomePlan chief executive Mark Leslie said: “As the winter weather approaches, more problems occur. Handy demo videos allow us to minimise stressful situations and help customers know their limits when dealing with radiators or boilers. This ensures they stay safe and happy, which is our job. It also helps our engineers have a more predictable work flow to maximise their own commercial return.
“Becoming part of the CORGI HomePlan network provides independent tradesman with year-round work and gives the customer the confidence of engaging with a national brand known for its commitment to gas safety.”
