Cofely is to deliver a full integrated facilities management service to Infineum.
The contract is for an initial period of five years and will cover Infineum’s global headquarters, research and development facilities, workshops and general administrative areas, based at Milton Hill, Oxfordshire.
A key element of the contract is the methodology being developed by Cofely and Infineum for the measurement of performance, which will be based on a balanced score card approach.
A team of Cofely staff will self-deliver, or manage specialist sub-contractors delivering, services which include M&E building maintenance, cleaning, reprographics, CAD, calibration, laboratory support, post room & logistics (stores), grounds maintenance, waste and recycling management. There are also plans to introduce energy management as the contract proceeds.
