Coarse fishing day for installers

Calor is hosting a coarse fishing day for installers in July.

The first Calor Fishing Syndicate event takes place at the Emperor Lakes near Kingsbridge in Devon on 26 July. Further events are planned later in the year, with a national rollout in 2014, including a league framework.

As well as LPG installers, the Calor Fishing Syndicate events will involve others in the supply chain, including boiler manufacturers and national plumbing merchants. The event will be supported by some very experienced and qualified course anglers, and equipment and guidance will be provided for the novice anglers wishing to take part.

Calor area sales manager Paul Worth said: “It’s great that the first Calor Fishing Syndicate event will take place in my region.  We talk regularly with LPG installers, and it’s clear that many of them enjoy a day’s fishing, which is the largest participation sport in the country. I hope that the event will also further strengthen the relationships we have with installers, who are vital to the ongoing success of our business.”
