Call for more oil and gas safety examiners

More health and safety experts are needed to become examiners for the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Oil and Gas Certificate, the awarding body has said.

There has been an immense increase in the demand for the NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety.

People in the UK with the right level of knowledge and experience to mark candidate papers for the certificate are wanted by the health, safety and environmental qualifications body.

Experience in the oil and gas sector or process industries would be an advantage. Examiners should be chartered members of IOSH or Grad IOSH working towards CMIOSH or equivalent.
