Titon Hardware has announced that a settlement has been reached in its case against Nuaire regarding intellectual property rights.
The claim was issued in November 2011 in the London High Court of Justice, Chancery Division.
It was reported that the settlement included payment of an undisclosed payment by Nuaire to Titon, with the company also agreeing to cease the sale of two products from 31 March 2013.
Nuaire told H&V News that it was pleased to confirm a settlement had been reached with Titon Hardware regarding claims for patent and design right infringement.
The company said the products in question were among its first MVHR models, which have since been expanded and generally improved.
These will be exhibited at the Ecobuild exhibition, ExCeL centre from 5 to 7 March.
