Air conditioning, installation and maintenance business the Four Seasons Group bought HM Air Cooling (HMAC) for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition enables Four Seasons to provide an additional design service to its customers and improves its geographical coverage, the company said.
Yearly revenues of the enlarged group are anticipated to be in excess of £20 million, and Four Seasons expects to report strong growth over the next few years.
Henry Granata and Dave Cooper, HMAC’s former managing and technical directors, will become part of the larger group.
Tom Keeping, Four Seasons chief executive officer, said: “The management team is delighted with the opportunity to acquire HMAC, and we are looking forward to continuing the successful growth of FSG both organically and through further value-enhancing acquisitions.”
