Customer interaction has been greatly increased through the development of A C Wilgar’s iPhone and Android bespoke application. This also includes the Quote Wizard, which allows surveyors and engineers to provide instant quotations to customer enquiries.
Tick boxes have been added to the installation interface, ensuring all necessary procedures are completed to match customer needs and industry regulations.
In addition to a number of ongoing initiatives to embrace renewable energy and energy-saving procedures, the company has launched a bi-annual training day for all staff, which includes individual assessment and team-building activities.
It has also employed an external consultant to produce a health and safety policy tailored to the domestic heating environment.
