Buderus has opened a commercial training and sales administration centre at Blackpole in Worcester.
The training centre provides specialist training facilities covering Buderus commercial boilers and controls and involves hands-on training.
A sales and administration centre has been incorporated into the development to cater for the increase in quotations, specifications and requests for system planning and technical advice.
Richard Evans, Buderus commercial director said: “We have strengthened our technical sales team in recent months to provide additional support throughout the country and have, at the same time, increased the number of personnel in our technical department.
The opening of our second training centre is a major benefit for commercial contractors and heating engineers, in the Midlands especially, as it includes fully working boilers into which faults can be introduced to train course attendees on fault diagnosis and correction as well as installation and maintenance.”
The Blackpole training centre is the second of three similar facilities, with one already fully operational in West Thurrock on the outskirts of London and another scheduled for opening shortly in Bradford to cover the north of England.
