Balfour Beatty Workplace has bought energy management specialist Colledge Trundle and Hall for £2.85million.
Balfour Beatty WorkPlace, known as Haden Building Management until it was rebranded last month, believes CTH will complement its existing portfolio of work and help expand services to energy management..
CTH specialises in the design and installation of automatic energy control systems, Leading clients include Sainsbury's, Terminal 5 at Heathrow, the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the University of Cambridge. It is also working on a number of PFI schools projects.
Balfour Beatty WorkPlace is keen to position itself as a total facilities management provider with customers ranging frrom British Energy to Royal Mail.
