Adam Northcroft leaves H&V News

After 18 years on H&V News, Adam Northcroft, the associate publisher and former editor, is to leave the magazine. The move follows an extensive restructuring of EMAP, the parent company.

Adam leaves behind a considerable legacy including a range of conferences, a website, news and job alerts, as well as a number of highly regarded supplements. He was also heavily involved in the development of the exhibition H&V09.

“I’ve loved working on H&V News,” he said. “Seeing the portfolio grow and existing products flourish, such as the H&V News Awards, has been very satisfying.

“I’ll be sorry to leave so many friends, but I feel ready to take on new challenges. I wish everyone in the sector well and hope our paths cross again before too long.”
