Soler & Palau Ventilation acquires Kruger Asia Holdings

Soler & Palau Ventilation Group has completed the acquisition of Kruger Asia Holdings , a Pan-Pacific based market leader in the manufacture and supply of commercial and industrial ventilation products.

Kruger has manufacturing facilities in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India and China. It has commercial subsidiary companies in Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam.

Kruger Asia Holdings will continue under the leadership of managing director and founder of the company Mr CF Yang.
