Salford housing trust to set up £8m gas servicing framework

City West Housing Trust is seeking contractors for an £8 million gas servicing framework covering jobs across its own housing stock in Salford.

Four contractors will be accepted onto the four year framework to carry out a range of gas servicing including servicing of commercial heating.

As well as carrying out work across CWHT’s 14,800 housing units the framework partners will also provide services to registered social landlords and local authorities in the area.

Between five and seven firms will be invited to tender. Bidders have until 26 October to submit pre-qualification questionnaires.
