LG boosts service and support offering
LG, as part of a major re-branding of its UK air-conditioning business, is now offering one of the industry’s most comprehensive technical service and support packages on the market.
It has also extended its product warranty to five years. These radical changes will give LG’s installer partners a competitive edge in today’s marketplace.
LG UK Air Conditioning and Energy Solutions Division is also launching three groundbreaking new products - Multi V III, Multi V Water and Multi V Space - which address all aspects of cooling, hot water provision and space heating.
The LG Technical Service department has also beefed up its offering to cover installations, commissioning, fault diagnosis and parts.
