HygroMatik: Heater Type Steam Humidifiers
HygroMatik’s popular HeaterLine and HeaterCompact humidifiers provide hygienic humidification with clean steam, and with exceptionally accurate control of +/- 1 per cent when using demineralised water.
The HeaterLine system can be operated with demineralised, softened or tap water, with the units intelligently adapting to the available water quality and operating at steam generating capacities of 6-90kg/hr.
All HeaterLine units offer compact unit dimensions and extremely low maintenance, with maintainable cylinders and cabinets made of high-grade, corrosion resistant stainless steel.
The HeaterCompact system is more compact and designed to be used with demineralised, softened or tap water, providing maximum steam outputs of 6 to 27 kg/h.
The units feature the same high-grade, corrosion resistant stainless steel cabinets as the HeaterLine system, but have a reusable PP steam cylinder for easy maintenance.
HygroMatik’s scale reduction system, SuperFlush, comes as standard on all HeaterLine and HeaterCompacthumidifiers.
SuperFlush creates additional turbulence in the steam cylinder, breaking down scale and suspending more in solution, reducing the need for de-scaling and doubling or tripling the life of the cylinder.
HygroMatik’s humidifiers are controlled and monitored by high performance microprocessors, ensuring outstanding controllability and precise response. Available in Basic, Comfort or Comfort Plus options.
