North Hertfordshire Homes tenders £7.5m gas servicing contract

North Hertfordshire Homes is inviting firms to bid for gas servicing and maintenance contract worth between £4.5 million and £7.5 million.

Work to be carried out includes responsive maintenance, gas servicing and void repairs across the housing association’s 8,700 properties in Hitchin, Royston, Baldock and Letchworth.

The contract will run from April 2010 for an initial three years with a possible two year extension subject to performance.

Up to six firms will be shortlisted and invited to tender on 20 November.

The deadline for pre-qualification questionnaires is 2 November.
