NG Bailey bags £10m M&E contract at West Kent College

NG Bailey has won the £10 million mechanical and electrical fit out contract on the re-development of West Kent College’s Campus 21.

Construction works are already well underway on site and NG Bailey will work with consultant DSSR, architect Dyer and main contractor Galliford Try, as it designs and installs all M&E services.

The company’s ICT arm will deliver the structured cabling for the buildings

Campus 21 is due for final completion in late summer 2011 and will give students in the region of 23,000sq m of purpose-built facilities, including a new training restaurant and food halls, performing arts and art & design facilities and a cutting-edge learning resources centre.
