Tender: R+M services of building installations
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is tendering for repair and maintenance services of building installations.
The contract includes:
- Repair and maintenance services of building installations. Repair and maintenance services of central heating.
- Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations.
- Repair and maintenance services of electrical machinery, apparatus and associated equipment, miscellaneous repair and maintenance services, repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations.
- Repair and maintenance services of mechanical building installations.
- Painting work of buildings. Interior decorating services. Joinery and carpentry installation work.
The term contract is part of the Facilities Management service and provides day-to-day Planned/Preventative and Reactive Maintenance at the Council’s offices known as the Guildhall Complex (the core service), which currently comprises of three buildings (approx 20 000 m²) of office accommodation and for public services.
The works will be carried out within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. The contract will be let for a period of one year and seven months with an option to extend for up to a further three years at the Council’s discretion.
