Tender for London Underground repair and maintence services of building installations
Contractors are being invited to tender for repair and maintenance services of building installations for railway services in London.
Work includes Planned and Reactive Maintenance of various systems including Fire Detection & Protection Installations, Lighting Installations & fittings, Pumps & Floodgates, Compressors & Pipework, Air Conditioning Installations, Air Handling and Ventilation Units, Tunnel Ventilation Fans, Electrical Installations, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Water Supply and Distribution, Space & Water Heating, Hot Water Boilers & Heaters, Gas Supply and Distribution, Controls & Building Management Systems. Asset Condition Monitoring. Minor upgrade & improvement works to the foregoing installations.Testing and Inspection of Installations to Statutory and Internal Standards.

Duration of contarct is 84 months, with a range of between £90,000,000 and £100,000,000
