Glasgow housing group offers £11.2m R&M contract
A housing association in Glasgow is offering a two-year repair and maintenance contract worth up to £11.2 million.
The work for Queens Cross Housing Association Ltd, which manages manages 4, 234 units, will be split into three lots and will be worth a minimum of £8m.
Work includes landscape maintenance, close cleaning and decoration, mechanical installation maintenance, BMS monitoring (communal heating systems), playpark maintenance and gutter cleaning and painterwork.
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate 21 October.
