EIC wins £500k maintenance contract
Building services company EIC has won a £500,000 contract to maintain water, heating and ventilation systems for national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton for its 1 Eversholt Street property in London.
Built in 1977, the 13-storey building comprises 119,041 sq ft air conditioned office space.
Two engineers from the previous maintenance provider have transferred under TUPE to EIC as a part of the handover. .
The scope of works includes the provision of; low temperature hot water installations; chilled water systems including wet cooling towers; fire suppression and alarm systems; variable air volume air conditioning across 10 floors; mechanical ventilation; incoming supplies; and an automatic control building management system throughout.
