Gosport Council advertises £150m worth of R&M work
Gosport Borough Council is inviting bids for a four-lot £150 million contract covering repairs and maintenance to council-owned property and land.
The 10 year deal, which has an optional extension of five years, could be awarded as one contract or separate lots.
The largest lot, worth £84m, covers repair and maintenance work on council buildings including the town hall, bus stops and council housing.
The other lots up for grabs encompass gas and electrical installation and repair, waste and street cleaning services and grounds maintenance.
Firms have until 8 October to submit pre-qualification questionnaires with between five and eight expected to be shortlisted a week later.
