Fitzpatrick, Mitie and Atkins among £300m TfL framework winners

VolkerFitzpatrick, Mitie and Atkins are among the firms, who have won a share of nearly £300 million worth of work across five Transport for London station enhancement frameworks.

The frameworks, which will all run for three years with possible extensions of two years, cover general building, electrical works, fire systems, plumbing works, and railway information and security communication systems.

Work will be carried out on the District, Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Bakerloo, Central and Victoria lines, all of which were formerly handled by collapsed PPP contractor Metronet.

The winners of the general building package, worth between £75m and £100m, are:

  • KN Networks Services
  • Livis
  • Thorntask
  • VolkerFitzpatrick

The winners of the railway information & security communication systems package, worth between £75m and £100m, are:

  • Atkins
  • Installation Project Services
  • Siemens
  • Telent Technology Services
  • Trescray Services

The winners of the electrical works package, worth between £25m and £75m, are:

  • Giffen Group
  • KN Networks Services
  • McNicholas Construction
  • MJ Quinn Integrated Services
  • Thorntask

The winners of the plumbing works package, worth between £15m and £25m, are:

  • Enterprise Managed Services
  • Hollywell Building Services
  • Mitie
  • MJ Quinn Integrated Services
  • Morson International / Magnolia Air UK

The winners of the electrical works package, worth between £15m and £20m, are:

  • Mitie
  • MJ Quinn Integrated Services
