Contract: Housing association central heating R+M
Derbyshire based housing association has put a tender out for a repair and maintenance services for central heating
The contract comprises services covering gas, solid fuel and biomass fired domestic and communal heating Installations to approximately 5,050 no. individual dwellings, plus a number of sheltered and supported housing schemes located throughout the East Midlands with some outlying schemes in Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and South Yorkshire.
The Authority currently undertake approximately 100 to 120 no. boiler. Renewals per annum and it is likely that this work will also be included in the contract. If applicable, Estimated total value of purchases for the entire duration of the framework agreement
Estimated value excluding VAT: £7 600 000,00
Duration in months: 120 (from the award of the contract)
