Business Edge runs F-Gas training in Italy
Technology training provider, Business Edge, has teamed up with Centro Studi Galileo to deliver F-Gas training in Italy
Together they have led a series of pre-F-Gas Assessment Courses in cities across Italy – one of a small number of European countries yet to introduce an F-Gas Certification Scheme.
Business Edge Managing Director Mike Creamer said: “Centro Studi Galileo are a leading training provider for the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump industries in Italy.
“They have taken a pro-active approach on F-Gas and have not waited for Government legislation. To allow engineers in Italy to become certified to the required standard, Centro Studi Galileo and Business Edge have formed an alliance to enable the training to be carried in Italy and the assessments in the UK.
“The interest in Italy has been very encouraging as the engineers see it as an opportunity to show competency and gain what is seen as a highly prestigious qualification within the Italian air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Engineers from all sectors of industry have attended the training sessions – from domestic refrigeration to marine engineering. Interest in the training and assessment process is growing all the time.”
