£60 million solar panel contract announced
Housing provider A2Dominion has begun the hunt for contractors to join a four-year framework to provide, install and maintain solar panels, worth up to £60 million.
Places on the Installation and Maintenance of Roof Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Panels framework will be awarded to ten contractors split between two lots.
Lot one covers the design, supply and installation of the roof mounted panels to domestic and commercial property owned by A2Dominion.
It is worth up to £60m
Lot two covers the maintenance and monitoring of the panels and is worth up to £6m.
Up to 7,000 panels will be installed under the framework.
Contractors to register their interest by 20 September and invitations to tender will be sent out on 5 October.
