£500 million energy efficiency programme

Big name contractors are among the winners on a new £500 million energy efficiency and Decent Homes framework procured by LHC.

Apollo, Carillion, Thomas Vale, Wates and Willmott Dixon were named on the framework alongside Breyer, British Gas New Heating, CLC Contractors, Higgins, Keepmoat, Lakehouse and Mulalley.

The framework was established to exploit energy improvement grants offered to social landlords by electricity and gas companies.

The Whole Refurbishment Framework covers includes five lots which between them cover the entire country.

The four-year framework will be worth a maximum of £500m.
