£14 million social housing tender
Housing association Family Mosaic is tendering for refit and renovation work worth around £14 million.
The organisation requires refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms and toilets including electrical installations and gas heating and hot water systems in London. In addition, it needs asbestos removal and all associated works.
The work is split into three lots covering the covering north and west London, south London, and north east London. Procurement is being carried out by the Potter Raper Partnership. Firms interested in bidding should contact beverley.bond@prp.gb.com or visit the OJEU notice.
