Jim Steele - Imtech UK group chief executive

• Jim is a founder member of the Meica Group and in 2003 led the organisation through the purchase of its shareholding by Imtech NV
• This marked the successful culmination of Meica’s initial phase of development since its formation in 1994
• Following the sale of the Meica Group Jim was appointed to the Executive Council of Imtech NV and was promoted to the post of Group Chief Executive where he has subsequently led Imtech’s acquisitions within the UK (Goodmarriott & Hursthouse, The Aqua Group and Suir Engineering)
• He is responsible for overall company operations within the UK, the general health of the business and the ongoing growth and development of Imtech in the UK
• Jim trained as an electrical engineer and spent his early years managing various engineering and construction projects in Ireland before building his reputation initially within the Middle East

Kieran Hynes - group financial director

• Kieran is a founder member of the Meica Group, whose responsibilities encompass all areas of financial management, planning and strategy
• Having trained as a chartered management accountant as well as undertaking a bachelor of Business Studies degree, he has enjoyed an incredibly successful career in construction industry financial services both within the UK and overseas
• Kieran spent the early part of his career in Ireland prior to joining Jim Steele in the Middle East and subsequently in the UK

Martin McEvoy - Imtech Meica managing director

• As part of Imtech Meica and Imtech’s strategic succession plan, Martin was promoted to the position of Managing Director in January 2007
• Martin has overall board responsibility within Imtech for Imtech Meica
• Martin started with Imtech Meica in 1994 as a project manager
• Martin is a degree qualified electrical engineer and a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland
