Mark Lawrence - chief executive

• An electrical engineer by trade, he joined T Clarke in 1985
• He was appointed as a Director in 2003
• Following the announcement that Pat Stanborough has resigned from 31st December 2009, Mark will take over as chief executive

Mike Crowder - executive director

• Mike is an electrical engineer and joined T Clarke in 1987
• He was appointed as a director in 2007

Martin Walton - group finance director and company secretary

• Martin Walton is a chartered accountant and has worked in senior finance management positions with BDO Stoy Hayward, KPMG and London Transport  
• He has significant experience of working with listed public limited companies and large private companies across a number of industries and in the construction sector including Skanska and Multiplex  
• Martin knows T Clarke well and has been with the group for the past three years as group financial controller  
• He has played a major role in improving the group’s financial controls and simplifying the reporting structure, including the development and implementation of a new IT platform to help manage internal controls and management reporting
