Customers now have access to a Track Your Engineer facility, allowing them to use their unique login to view the progress of engineers and surveyors on a live Google map. It has also increased first-time fix rates by more than 60 per cent, through the introduction of new Parts Look Up functionality to its software.
The company has also increased its customer satisfaction levels as clients have responded to the improved levels of service. Additional improvements include a Making Good function to its sales application procedure, allowing customers to choose the materials most suited to providing the best finish to their project.
Additional features have also been added to its website, acknowledging requests with automated text messages, and providing advice on the type of service that the company feels should be delivered as standard by any installer.
