Lack of RHPP uptake
Dear Sir,
Of the £12m allocated by the UK government for its Renewable Heat Premium Payment scheme, (RHPP), it seems that to date only £2m has been claimed by end users, and the initiative ends in March 2012.
Is anyone really surprised by this ?
If you were awarding points for the most confusing, fragmented and frustrating sales promotion activity, you would need to look no further than the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).
Government staff who are tasked with communicating such initiatives to industry and the general public, would be well advised to take a course in basic sales and marketing before proceeding with expensive schemes which produce very little.

Ritchie Engineering Sales Agency.
