Bids invited for nine year £22m boiler and gas servicing contract

Raglan Housing Association is inviting contractors to bid for a four-lot contract - worth up to £22 million - covering repair and renewals of boilers and gas heating systems across its 6,000 properties in the UK.

Each of the lots - which cover the Midlands, South East, southern England and South West - will run for nine years and is valued at between £3.6m to £4.4m.

Contractors have until 11 June to submit pre-qualification questionnaires and can tender for more than one lot.

Up to five firms will be invited to tender on 22 June.
