Bids invited for £20m North Wales trade framework

North Wales Procurement Partnership is advertising a two year reactive maintenance framework - including heating and gas fitting - worth up to £20 million.

Under the framework  the six Local Authorities of North Wales - Anglesey/Ynys Mon, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire & Wrexham - and other contracting authorities can appoint trade operatives for reactive maintenance of public sector buildings.

Work to be carried out is spilt into lots including heating and gas fitting, bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing and roofing.

Contractors can tender for multiple lots, each of which has a possible extension of one year.

Firms have until 14 January to express an interest and the deadline for pre-qualification questionnaires is one week later.
